THE TAN CLAN, we understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. We work around the clock to try and get you your products as soon as possible.

**The customer should reach out within 48 hours of delivery along with the image

(post 48 hours we will not be able to entertain any complaints).

THE TAN CLAN will take action accordingly if the damage is reported within 48 hours.

1. Import duties, if any, to be paid by the customer
2. Delivery time – 8-12 days
All orders are delivered within 4–9 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, WhatsApp, or telephone. 
  1. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you by phone and/or email. 
  2. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 10 working days of the date of your order. “Business days” means Monday to Saturday, except holidays.
  3. Please note we do not ship on Sundays or holidays
  4. The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
